1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Options Trading Learning Tool ("OTL2", "we", "us") at otl2.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

OTL2 provides an options trading analysis calculator that allows users to build multi-leg option positions, view profit/loss charts and Greeks, and save setups for later review. The service also includes a blog with market commentary and trade analysis.

3. Not Financial Advice

OTL2 is an educational and analytical tool only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the content as such. OTL2 does not recommend that any security, transaction, or strategy is suitable for any specific person. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

4. No Warranty on Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate calculations and data, OTL2 makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information, calculations, or estimated prices provided through the service. Market data, pricing estimates, and calculations may contain errors or be delayed. Always verify information with your broker before placing trades.

5. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

Accounts that remain inactive (no login) for a continuous period of two years may be permanently deleted, along with any associated saved data. We may attempt to notify you by email before deletion, but are not obligated to do so.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any programmatic means to scrape, crawl, index, or systematically extract data from the service, including but not limited to market data, pricing estimates, and calculated values, without our prior written permission.
• Reproduce, mirror, or re-publish any data obtained from the service, whether manually or through automated means, for commercial purposes.
• Copy, adapt, or replicate the user interface, design, layout, or user workflow of the service in a competing product.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or other technical measures we employ to protect the service.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, source code (including client-side and server-side code), user interface design, page layouts, visual styling, interaction workflows, and branding on OTL2 are the property of Options Trading Learning Tool and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

The fact that portions of the service are delivered as client-side code viewable in a web browser does not constitute a licence to copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from that code. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent.

8. User Content

Any data you enter into the calculator (positions, setups, records) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your saved records. However, by using the service, you grant us the right to store and process your data as necessary to provide the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTL2 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep OTL2 available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
